Tone your whole body using nothing but your own body weight .This workout can be done anywhere. 5 simple exercises that will strengthen your core from a variety of angles.

Plank w/ hip dip is great for obliques Donkey Kicks are great for the glutes (Butt) Reverse Plank with a leg lift is great for back, butt, arms, and quads Half roll down with an arm raise is great for abs and shoulders Crunch w/ rotation is great for your six pack muscles and obliques.

Getting #hellafit isn't easy but doing these exercises 4-5 times through is totally doable.

Get #hellafit as we work through 4-5 rounds of this circuit. You will work through Dolphins which are great for your shoulders, variations of planks to make your core super strong. We have push ups and squats thrown in the mix with a slight twist and a challenging variation on the superman for the low back. You won't want to miss this!
