Truvefit 365 Day 20

Grab a bench but not because you are ready to take a seat. We are going to use that bench to sculpt our whole bodies. We will do one-leg squats, cardio hops over the bench, step downs and so much more. Give this workout 3-5 passes through and let us know if you didn't get a nice sweat on.
