Sara-Jean’s mission is to empower and inspire her clients through movement and physical activity. She specializes in strength training and stability, working with beginners through those looking to take their fitness to the next level. She is a NASM certified trainer.
Personal journey: Fitness has completely changed my life for the better. I started off as a runner who was always afraid to try weight lifting or anything that could make me “gain weight”—I’m sure many people understand this fear all too well. One day though, my friend who was incredibly fit and into HIIT talked me into going to a class at Sweat. I remember getting half way through that first class and thinking their was no way I was gonna make it through—but I did. Something happened in my mind after that, like “Wow, if I can do this, what else can I do” and all I wanted to do was push my body further and further. 10 years later and here I am, a personal trainer and group fitness coach who wants nothing more than to help others that started where I did make that first step towards changing their life. Seeing how fitness improves the body and mind. Seeing how far they can go when they didn’t think they had what it takes.
