Hey there, I’m Sandy! I am a first generation Chicana. I am passionate about fitness and everything that comes with it. I completed my first rigorous prep and bodybuilding competition in late 2024. It helped me gain a new level of discipline and confidence that I never thought possible. While on prep I was able to completely transform my body in a short span of time. With over two years of experience as a personal trainer, and over four years navigating my own fitness journey, I’ve learned a thing or two about getting where you want to be. I specialize in bodybuilding style training, strength training and weight loss. I am here to help you see results, keep you accountable, and have fun while doing it.
