Ashley Lun

Ashley is the owner of Aluna Fitness. She started her own business during the Covid-19 pandemic where she found a passion for online coaching. She is now a hybrid trainer, coaching in-person and online personal training sessions and group classes (low-impact and HIIT).

Ashley's fitness foundation started when she pursued dance and gymnastics. She credits her discipline and attention towards form to these sports. She was a dance and gymnastics coach for 5 years until 2018 when Ashley became a mother. She found love for weight training and HIIT as it aided in her postpartum recovery (physically and mentally). Ashley began leading group HIIT classes at 5 months postpartum. She is proud to have been coaching for 7 years now!

Ashley currently teaches low-impact and HIIT online group classes, coaches personal training sessions in-person and online, all while balancing life as a single mother! She encourages all clients to try their best, find joy in being stronger and healthier, and acknowledges the effort it takes to begin or restart your fitness journey.
