Give this body weight workout a go no matter where you are. It doesn’t require much space and great for all fitness levels. We will lunge and squat for the legs, burpees and quick feet to keep the heart rate elevated, and work in a boxing combination for the upper body. A to work through the whole series 3-5x through. Try to take as little rest as possible for a calorie burning workout.
