Tyler Mitchell

Tyler is certified personal trainer, and a lifelong athlete. Tyler grew up in the Bay Area and after a quick stint Boston returned back home. After working in tech as a product designer, Tyler left to get his personal training certification pursue his passion for health and fitness.
