Sharon McPeake

Sharon is a movement specialist and pilates educator who earned her certification in 2015 with Balanced Body Pilates at EHS in San Francisco. She has a dance background and discovered the benefits of Pilates while searching for a way to strengthen her body and avoid injury in her movement practices. Believing that Pilates should be enjoyable and functional, she brings a vibrant atmosphere to the classroom while concentrating on the principles of proper biomechanics. She crafts movement sequences that teach clients to move with more efficiency; imparting comfort, healing, endurance, strength, and empowerment through movement. Because when we can do what we love more often and with greater ease the whole world looks like a jungle gym.
