Power Yoga

Megan has been teaching yoga for fitness and meditation through movement for the past 4 years. Megan was drawn to Vinyasa yoga for its power to create meditative moments for even the busiest of minds through breath and movement while strengthening and gaining flexibility. She is an avid runner and also teaches yoga in her children's schools to promote fitness and meditation for youth.
